not in the mood to finish up the report i have to submit soon.. bcoz i realli dun feel like letting the company's management vet it.. OR EDIT IT! sheesh.. itz my report to Spring Sg.. and i tink i ought to report my take on the traineeship.. sound and constructive.. instead of letting the management read through and judge my opinions.. argh.. tis is so frustrating coz the only way i can figure is to come up with 2 versions of the report.. one that goes direct to Spring Sg.. the other one (suck-up version) to the company.. i tink i shld be calling Spring Sg soon to verify that the report shld reflect our accounts and not edited to put forward a good front for the company.. time for work-life-skills 1061.. hahaha.. dun be ill-treated by the company without getting in the boss' bad books.. hee..

yea.. actually my report is very factual.. juz wanna make a few comments with regards to the company's operation.. good and bad.. yea but i agree that there are mostly bads.. but then that's why there is a need to report and make necessary changes.. SME or MNCs.. i tink employees shld have a say.. and bosses shld be there to listen.. IF bosses dun manage their staff well.. then they ain't bosses.. duh..

i heard from my boss the other day that "why shld we employ ppl who needs to be manage? they shld know how to manage themselves.." WTF! i dun agree and i tink my boss realli dunno how to be a boss.. he is better off as a saleman realli.. he suck at management.. he cannot comprehend every technology involved.. yet he still wanna be part of the whole action.. in fact.. HE IS THE ACTION! then why does he need specialists and professionals like us? he has shown nobody no respect.. yet.. i hope to see some.. he showed lady boss henpecking.. but haha.. also no respect..
